Indian American 5th Grader Turns Author With Compilation of 10 Short Stories

An Indian American fifth grader from New York has published her first book, a a compilation of ten short stories. Titled “The Adventure Begins,” Ria N. Arjun’s book features different genres, intriguing characters, unique plots and valuable morals.
The proceeds from the sale of this book will go to RALS foundation. The private foundation, started by Arjun, focuses on providing education to disadvantaged children and adolescents around the world. She recently started her own YouTube Channel called RALS. Through that medium, Arjun not only chronicles her life and spreads positive energy, she also interviews achievers in various fields.
At the beginning of the pandemic last year, UNICEF featured a video of Arjun on its Twitter account on May 24, 2020, to show how she was connected and healthy during New York’s #COVID19 lockdown.
