Megha Rao is designer and founder of holiCHIC LLC. Born and raised in the fashion capital of the world, New York City, Megha was a former runway model and walked the runway for India’s top designers. A tastemaker herself, the seasoned model turned to the other side of the runway and launched her own fashion label, holiCHIC in 2015 with a mission to make it easy for women to look and feel glamorous. Her attention to detail offers a quality line of Indian inspired exclusive, affordable options with bold reverberations for all who wear it.

Growing up, Megha would take trips to India every summer to visit her grandmother and grew fond of the rich textiles, fabrics and trinkets available in the markets and began creating dresses from them. Hobby turned passion, Megha has learned to view fashion as a form of art and individuality. Truly multifaceted, her illustrations exude a unique Indo-Western fashion experience, demonstrating her love for both her eastern and western cultures.
