The attraction officially launched on Tuesday, October 7, 2026, at a dedicated media day that brought Edison dignitaries, press, and local influencers to the venue for an in-depth preview of the new experience, according to the company’s official announcement.

What Time Mission Is

Time Mission requires no headsets, no controllers, and no sitting on the sidelines. Players choose their session length, select from more than 30 fast-paced missions, and work through a rotating mix of brain-bending puzzles and full-body physical challenges — each lasting just a few minutes to maintain continuous momentum. Participants race the clock through what the company describes as a glitch matrix, cracking codes, dodging lasers, solving riddles, and uncovering hidden tunnels.

Teams can range from two to five people, making the attraction suitable for birthday parties, corporate team outings, field trips, bachelorette parties, and group gatherings of any kind.

The New Jersey Foothold

The Edison launch represents Time Mission’s first presence in New Jersey and its latest geographic expansion. The attraction already operates at venues across Pennsylvania, New York, Rhode Island, Virginia, and Texas, with two additional locations coming soon to Chicago and Ohio, according to the company announcement.
